Vijay’s daily diet is simple and balanced. It includes home-cooked food and controlled amounts of food. The actor usually has breakfast around 9 am. Although his breakfast is light, it is nutritious, consisting of two idlis and eggs. His breakfast also includes some vegetables.
Lunch – The actor usually has lunch around 1 pm. It includes home-cooked food with fresh vegetables. Vijay also includes fruits in his diet and likes a balanced diet.
Snacks – Vijay likes to eat light and nutritious food in between meals, like fresh salads. His trainer also says that he sometimes drinks juice between meals to keep his energy up.
Dinner – Dinner is light and he usually eats it between 7 pm and 7.30 pm. This regular meal helps in keeping his fitness and digestion active.
Fitness trainer reveals fitness secret –
According to fitness trainer Naresh Kumar, who has worked with Vijay, the actor follows a very disciplined lifestyle. In an interview with Times Now, the trainer said that Vijay prefers to take his own food during his busy routine and avoids eating out or junk food. Vijay believes in eating in moderation instead of eating in small portions. His trainer says that he eats everything, but in limited quantities. He wakes up between 5.30 and 6 am every day, as per his work schedule.
Eats non-veg in limited quantities – The trainer says that Vijay includes carnivorous foods in his diet, but in limited quantities. Chicken and fish are in limited quantities in his diet, he does not eat them in large quantities and eats a balanced diet.
In a cooking show, Vijay’s mother Shobha Chandrasekhar said – Vijay also likes traditional dishes. He especially likes South Indian sweets like Sakkarai Pongal.
