India’s leading IT sector company ‘Wipro’ has released its annual report, in which a big revelation has been made about the salaries of the company’s top executives. The company has come into the limelight by paying hefty salaries and allowances to its top management. Especially, the package received by Wipro CEO Srinivas Pallia has now created a stir in the entire corporate world.
CEO Srinivas Pallia received a salary of 49.64 crores:
Wipro’s Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director Srinivas Pallia has received a total salary of 52.9 lakh US dollars in the financial year 2025-26, which is about 49.64 crores in Indian rupees. It is worth noting that he took charge as Wipro’s CEO and MD in April 2024.

Salary and allowances: $16.5 lakh
Commission and variable pay: $10.5 lakh
Other benefits/perks: $24.7 lakh
Big pay received by the chairman and CFO:
Wipro’s executive chairman Rishad A. Premji received a total of $7,73,213 during the same period, which is approximately Rs 7.25 crore in Indian currency. However, he was not granted any share options in this financial year. According to the report, Premji and Pallia are entitled to a commission of 0.35 percent based on the increase in the company’s net profit. Similarly, the company’s chief financial officer Aparna C. Iyer received a salary of $7,17,749 in the financial year 2025-2, which is approximately Rs 6.73 crore in Indian currency.

As of June 3, Wipro shares have seen a slight decline in the stock market. The company’s shares are trading at Rs 203.75, down about 2.82 percent. It is worth noting that in the last 52 weeks, Wipro shares have reached a high of Rs 273.10 and a low of Rs 186.50.
