Will Your Gas Cylinder Booking Get Blocked? Do This Mandatory LPG Update Before August 31

Public sector oil marketing companies have extended the deadline for completing e-KYC for LPG cylinders to 31st of this month. The company is informing customers who have not completed the verification process yet. The e-KYC deadline has been extended for the second time. Earlier, the Aadhaar verification deadline was 16th August. Which was extended to 23rd August. If the e-KYC is not done, the customer may have to pay more for the cylinder. Booking may also be stopped. Users can complete it both online and offline. But if e-KYC is not done for a long time, the LPG connection may be blocked.

Now the digital infrastructure of oil companies is not able to bear the pressure. Due to server down, app crashing and slow processing, people are facing various problems in e-KYC. Dealers said that due to server being down, work is not being done properly throughout the day. As a result, the counters are getting crowded and taking longer. People have to stand for hours to get e-KYC done. Now for the second time, the Aadhaar e-KYC limit has been increased. If this is not done, the subsidy may also stop.
