The definition of ‘looking beautiful’ has changed
Katrina noted that there were many traditional standards regarding beauty during the early stages of her career. She encountered these notions when she first entered the worlds of modeling and acting. However, for her now, looking good is not merely about external beauty. She believes that true beauty lies in feeling healthy and well from within.
In her view, habits such as eating healthy food, keeping bodily inflammation in check, staying active, meditating, staying away from her phone during the first hour of the morning, and spending time in natural light early in the day play a significant role in her life. According to Katrina, when a person feels healthy on the inside, that confidence naturally reflects in their personality.
