Recently, government agency PIB Fact Check has revealed the truth behind this news. A post was shared by the agency’s official Twitter account, which said that this news is completely fake. The post was accompanied by a photo which shared a screenshot of a social media post of a media house, which had a photo of Union Minister Nitin Gadkari. The caption clearly stated that this is fake news.

The caption accompanying the post reads, ‘Some posts on social media are claiming that using E20 fuel can lead to vehicle insurance claims being rejected. According to PIB Fact Check, this claim is completely false.’
